Erin Chupinsky

Erin is a nature loving, tactile performer, fiber artist and yogi who leads and inspires others towards wellness through meaningful movement.

Her classes draw from 33 years of dance training, 21 years of teaching experience, 16 years of yoga practice and a lifetime of creative curiosity. As a dancer and distance runner, yoga has become the great balancer in Erin’s life, but it is the mind/body connection practices that keep her coming back to her mat.

Through years of traveling the country with theatre work, she was afforded the opportunity to practice in a large number of studios in dozens of cities, and has distilled the various practices into her own unique style. Erin’s classes are thoughtful, specific, alignment-based, edge exploring, surprising, motivating, breath driven explorations that hold the space for you to meet the deeper parts of yourself. She believes that the more we are in touch with our true selves, the better we can serve each other and the world.
