Sara fuses functional movement principles with thoughtful asana sequencing to create deeply embodying flows.
She completed her 200 hour training in 2018 before moving to Hong Kong, where she studied with Fabien Renolds and Lisa Mak.
A Public Health professional by day, practicing and sharing yoga allows her to zoom out, celebrate the autonomy and capability of bodies, and find juicy stillness. In her classes you can expect creative sequencing, an emphasis on mind-muscle connection, and encouragement to personalize your practice.
