Ying Wang

Ying began her practice of yoga in 2002. Her love of yoga grew as the years passed with her practicing, learning and teaching in China.

In 2014, she came to New York to continue chasing her yoga dream, and received her RYT-500 hour certification from YogaWorks. Ying started teaching in NYC since 2015, her class combines the precise alignments with well-designed sequence, she aims to teach in a step-by-step manner that clearly illuminates the path to even the most visually complex poses. Through out years of teaching, the students became Ying’s biggest motivation and inspiration. She always keep herself a beginner’s mind, constantly learning the nuances of the bodies and movements from different teachers, always try to think out of the box. Ying loves to encourage students to be curious and help students to pay attention to the process in their practice in order to achieve more acute awareness of their bodies and minds, develop the true relationship with the Self.
