Arise Yoga TT Refund Policy
Any student who meets our eligibility requirements is encouraged to join the Arise Yoga TT program. Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of $1000 to hold their place in the program.
If the applicant cancels 30 days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 50% of the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. If the applicant cancels 14-30 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
The program tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may apply a portion of the tuition towards a future Arise Yoga training.
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
Makeup Hours Policy
Our program expects students to be on time for class, after breaks, and after lunch. Please let our TT leadership team know if you will be late at any time.
Students are encouraged to have 100% attendance. However, we understand that students have important commitments outside of the classroom. Should extenuating circumstances impact attendance, students are permitted to miss class, provided they work with the program director (Jillian) to make up any missed hours. Students are responsible for rescheduling missed hours to make up any course material they have missed within 2 weeks of the missed days.
If a student needs to miss any training session, he or she must speak to the program director before the beginning of the session. Students are allowed to make up a total of 10 hours, 5 of which are included in the tuition cost of the training. Any hours after 5 will be paid out at a rate of $50/hour. If a student knows they’ll miss more than 10 hours, they may want to reconsider joining for this year’s program. Students also recognize that, if they miss training hours that they have not made up, they will not graduate from the program.
