Natalie Somers is a 500 Hour RYT and Personal Development Natalie Somers, E-RYT, YACEP, and Personal Growth Coach, has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for over 15 years and teaching for nearly a decade.

She is deeply passionate about helping you experience more clarity and belonging in your life through embodied movement, conscious awareness and radical rest.

Inspired by somatic movement and Hatha Yoga, Natalie’s classes offer a space to identify and explore your individual needs both on and off the mat so that you may deepen your relationship to the body mind connection and the wisdom you hold within.

With a bit of humor and a lot of love, her teachings are filled with moments of curiosity, courage, intention and dedication to the sacred pursuit of living in alignment with your truest self.
