Nathan has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2011. He is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and has thousands of hours of yoga teacher training and study.
Nathan enjoys sharing the transformative power of the yoga journey with students of all levels. He values yoga as a path to explore and expand the capabilities of our bodies and mind.
Nathan’s classes are based in the lineage of BKS Iyengar, who is known for his precision and discipline. Expect Nathan’s classes to be challenging, designed to push your boundaries and improve your practice.
Nathan was drawn initially to Iyengar yoga for its ability to calm the mind, alleviate aches and pains, and increase strength and flexibility. After continued practice, he found the benefits expanded. The practice helps him feel more connected to his mind and body, allows him to approach life and stressful situations with equanimity, and provides an opportunity for even greater exploration of himself and the world.”
