Within our bodies are small, swirling vortexes of energy that shape our thoughts and actions. Sometimes, these energy centers, or Chakras, can become disturbed and unbalanced, leaving us feeling “off.” Through the practice of yoga and meditation, we can bring awareness to the Chakras and bring them into states of harmony to help us feel centered and calm.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the seven major Chakras -- as well as one bonus Chakra -- through guided yoga movements and postures, breathwork, and meditation. This energizing experience will leave you feeling empowered around your energetic wellbeing, and will equip you with tips and tools to bring yourself into balance anytime you’re feeling physically, energetically, or emotionally unstable.
