Part 2: Trauma-Informed Teacher Training

(appropriate for all yoga teaching styles)

Time: 12:15 - 3:45pm (includes part one)

Description:

What would teaching yoga look like if it centered students’ emotional safety? In this workshop created specifically for yoga teachers, Emma will break down the first class and demonstrate how teachers can incorporate basic somatic interventions and trauma-informed principles into their classes.

Teachers will walk away with a better understanding of what trauma is, and how to create a safer environment for all students as they return to studio settings after 2020-2021- which was traumatic for everyone. This training qualifies for 5 Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.

Investment: $75
