Learn new ways to connect, bond, and understand yourself and your partner. We will practice a fun and exploratory active yoga flow together. Expect moments of laughter, wobbling and deep connection at this first part.
As a cool down we will learn to give (and receive) a simple and relaxing Thai Yoga sequence. Learn how to safely work your partner’s joints, muscles and fascia using hands, feet, elbows and forearms. This part of the practice can be surprisingly soothing and meditative to both the receiver and the giver.
Thai Yoga is an ancient technique that combines pressure points and passive postural yoga stretches that help mobilize blockages in the body. It ties together the soothing benefits of Yoga and the healing power of touch.
