Learn how to get more flexible by using your own strength in this active flexibility workshop, where we’ll practice drills and stretches for your hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders.
You’ll learn proper alignment, how to safely stretch, get into poses like splits and backbends & improve your yoga practice overall. This class will be active and we’ll get sweaty! This class is all levels and modifications will be provided for all.
