Cacao, known as "The Elixir of the Gods” is a powerful and sacred plant medicine. Sharing this elixir together, the plant-spirit brings us into communion with the moment. Through Kirtan we will co-create a ceremony of chanting, dancing, and connection. Kirtan will allow us to offer our prayers, open our hearts and voices to bring a deeper connection to body, mind and spirit. Cacao will warm and nurture our Anahata (heart) and Vishuddha (throat) chakras.
