Jennie Epland
Jennie takes balance and body mind integration seriously, while keeping you smiling and guessing.
She draws inspiration from dance, animals, nature and the outdoors, embodying behaviors and emotions and sprinkles with a bit of wackiness in top. All in order to get to know ourselves, our patterns and abilities, the best we can. She is a trained/certified Pilates & Yoga instructor, with influence from many other modalities, that she has been studying for the past 8 years. She thrives when she can mix it up for her students with qigong, anatomy, mudras, aromatherapy, pranayama, self-massage and jokes. Jennie is a Thai Bodywork practitioner and Aromatherapist. Every training and every modality she has studied has been an answer to a question of discovery for her. She was drawn to Yoga for its calming and balancing benefits and the practice took her to a deeper level and then eventually, maybe inevitably, teaching. We are in a crazy and explorative time right now, let’s move together.
