Matt Cohen

Matt has been teaching yoga for about six years now, focusing on vinyasa based flows and restorative practices.

He found yoga through an athletic background as he started a steady practice while playing soccer in college.

He loves offering a simpler flow class with many strength components. You can expect a no frills class with calm and steady vibes, strong muscle cues and chill music. He currently teaches a Powerful Flow class Monday at 12:30 p.m. 

In addition to yoga, Mat runs a mobile coffee business, continues to play soccer and participates in triathlons. He also has an Australian Cattle Dog named Zoe.
