About Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the practice of inserting thin, sterile, single use needles into strategic points on the skin. Acupuncture promotes circulation, brings the nervous system out of fight for fight, disrupts the pain cycle and can help with the regulation of many internal processes.

This acupuncture protocol will be on the arms and the legs so please come wearing clothing where elbows and knees down can be accessed. This set of 5 points, administered bilaterally, will be given in a supported shavasana during the sound bath. This set of points help one with both physical digestion and for digestion of emotions. It will open up the lungs to fully breathe in the beauty of life. There will be a point that clears out any inflammation and a point to detoxify the system through the kidneys and liver which also helps to bring on peaceful sleep.
