Join us for a half-day studio retreat to awaken and transform!
Spring is when the natural world revives after the colder winter months; dormant plants begin to grow again, new seedlings sprout, hibernating animals awaken and shed layers from their winter coat. As a powerful part of this natural world, we too can embrace this time as an opportunity for rejuvenation.
On March 18th, Lisa Vortman will be hosting a transformative retreat experience that will include a vinyasa flow practice followed by conscious creative activities and community connection. This half-day retreat will serve as an opportunity to explore our true-nature, shed some layers and plant seeds for new growth.
Give time and set yourself up to move forward into Spring with a refreshed sense of being.
