Yoga I is for the true beginner/curious human who might not want to jump right into a class.
This is an introduction to the physical practice of yoga with a focus on safe movement so that an attendee can feel comfortable coming into a beginners yoga class with a basic understanding of what will happen. We will discuss briefly the importance of breath and the philosophic practice of yoga. Gentle movement options will be offered and demonstrated.
Both Yoga I and II are meant to demystify yoga and create a safe space for every Body to learn and explore how to access this ancient beautiful practice.
