We will find a restorative posture and come to stillness to receive Yoga Nidra. Nidra, in sanskrit, translates to the word sleep.
Yoga Nidra is “ a systematic technique that allows you to intentionally and consciously enter the state of deep sleep”- Tracee Stanley.
Join us for this conscious state of rest every third Thursday of the month.
