You will combine the movements and breathing techniques of Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates to find both precision and fluidity in your body. Expect a focus on core-strength with the goal of improving stability, posture, and balance. We will begin with an opening meditation and finish with a restorative savasana.
This class is suitable for all levels and no Pilates and/or Yoga experience is required.
