Pilates for Yogis is a perfect way to focus on the strength that can help support you in your asanas and yoga practice.
Alex will lead you though some gentle Vinyasas to warm you up, followed by some isolated strength work for your core, back, shoulders and hips. We will finish with some stretching to counterbalance the body work we did, and you will leave feeling strong and ready to conquer some of your favorite asanas with your new found strength.
