Need some new movement in your life?

Sign up for this fun and challenging class that uses a 36" foam roller.

Why roll? Sure, we'll roll out tight muscles, but more importantly we'll target deep release throughout our bodies by massaging our fascia.

Looking for a core workout? We'll utilize the roller to work harder through the whole core to keep your body stable and neutral. No wibble-wobbling here!

This event is suitable for all levels, medium pace. Class will incorporate some yoga poses and savasana.
