We practice being enough and doing enough.
This Movement Medicine class, a combo of yoga, strength training, and somatics, to bring us back to our sense of plenty. We incorporate just enough mobility to release pain and take care of creaky spots. Just enough sweat to glisten. Just enough to want to keep moving. That’s the goal: consistency. In this class there’s enough challenge and just enough chilling to keep on keeping on.
