We'll practice a variety of breath techniques, explore how each one feels in your body, discuss anatomy and learn how breathing can support you. This is a learning session designed to experience breath tools for warming, cooling and calming the body.
This workshop is appropriate for all ages, all levels. No prior yoga experience needed; just a desire to learn more about this incredible tool that is always with you - your breath. Class size is limited to 16 so that there is plenty of time for individual attention and Q & A.
